HOW TO BOOK THE DIGITAL MEDIA LAB

STEP 1

To make a booking request for the Digital Media Lab online, you must log into your Launchpad Member account and access the Member Portal. Start by clicking on the Member Log-in button located at the top right of the menu bar.

STEP 2

The next page will require you to enter in the email and password for your Launchpad Member account. After a successful login, you will be taken to the Member Portal dashboard page.

STEP 3

Once you’re on the Member Portal dashboard page, click on Spaces located at the top menu bar. On the Spaces page, select the Digital Media Lab tab. Select the date and start/end times to see what spaces are available for your booking. To proceed, click on the space you’re interested in.

NOTE: Time slot availability for our studios may be subject to change. If a studio is not available, hover your cursor over the respective studio image for more information. Generally, if the studio is greyed out, it is already booked or your selected time slot may not fit our booking requirements (i.e. 10am-4pm bookings allowed only).

STEP 4

From there you will see a page asking you to confirm the details of your booking request, as well as important information regarding the booking and use of the Digital Media Lab.  Once you have reviewed everything and want to complete your booking request, click on the Request to Rent button. A pop-up up will appear confirming receipt of your request.

STEP 5

Lastly, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking request information. If you don’t receive it in your Inbox, check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you encounter any issues throughout this process, please reach out to us through our Contact Form.
